I thought that I could catch some deadly disease or get cancer at some stage of my life was a possibility. I could have a heart attack or stroke any minute. I thought I could be involved in a car accident or get run over crossing a bicycle lane. But then I never thought that my house would burn down. But it did. And despite having had good insurance, the emotional shock, total life upheaval and the revelation that myself and partner could have died in that fire certainly had an impact.A friend sent me this video and although I don't think that it will ever happen to me the information, I know now has armed me … just in case.
